Wedding & Civil Partnership Photography by Blessing Photography

All past, present & future bookings are subject to our Terms & Conditions.

It is mutually agreed that [We] the photographer shall provide services and/or goods as specified in the letter of confirmation and that [You] the client shall pay the photographer the amounts due as outlined in the letter of confirmation for the services and/or goods provided.

It is assumed the details (names, addresses, times etc) given on the booking form and any subsequent communication between the client & the photographer are correct.

I have read the letter of confirmation & the Terms & Conditions & agree to be bound by its conditions.

· All past, present & future bookings are subject to these Terms & Conditions

· Dates are secured only when either a deposit or full payment is received.

· The balance of the payment for our services must be paid [and cleared by] the date booked. If, on the day of the ceremony, the balance isn't paid to our satisfaction Blessing Photography reserves the right to provide or not provide photographic services such as they see fit.

· Payment for additional photographs & albums is made when these are ordered.

· Any bank charges incurred due to returned cheques will be debited to the client

· Should the client postpone, at the discretion of the photographer and subject to availability monies may be applied to the deposit for another available date.

·The deposit [dependant on package] will be forfeited if the client cancels at anytime. Further, if the client cancels 30 days or less prior to the date booked all monies paid will be forfeited.

· Weather permitting the photographs will be taken as agreed in co-operation with the client subject to any changes in the schedule.

· The photographer cannot be held responsible for lack of coverage caused by any member of the wedding party or officials of the church, register office or licensed marriage venues

· The copyright in all photographs created by the photographer shall remain the property of the photographer in accordance with the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988. The clients shall have no right to reproduce, or to authorise the reproduction of, by any means whatsoever, any photographs created by the photographer. This includes photocopying, scanning into a computer, photographing with a film/electronic camera, including a video camera, and producing a hard copy on paper, film, or similar medium and also recording an electronic image on a computer hard disk, or any tape, disk or other recording medium. Nor is it permitted to transmit or allow to be transmitted such images by cable, radio waves or the Internet. The client acknowledges that infringement of the photographers copyright is unlawful and may be a criminal offence

· Once Copyright has been purchased the client becomes the legal owner of the images purchased and may reproduce them as they wish.

· It is understood that all images taken by Blessing Photography may be used for advertising/display.

· While all care will be taken with images taken, the limit of liability for failure to deliver images CD’s, DVD's, prints or albums for any reason is the return of all monies paid.

· All prices and packages are subject to change.  Future bookings will be priced at the time of booking

· Future re-orders will be charged at the present days prices

· Blessing Photography shall be the exclusive photographer retained by client.

· We will not be held responsible for damage of albums/prints that were dispatched undamaged.

· The photographer is not liable for degradation of images due to poor handling and insufficient care

· All albums need to be kept at room temperature, stored in a box; away from heat and direct sunlight all listed will reduce the life of your album and images. The photographer accepts no liability

· If the photographer(s) are unable to fulfil the role of wedding photographer on the day due to any unforeseen circumstances, a full re-fund will be given to client but no further liability will be sought with respect to agreement

· All re-orders shall be an extension of this contract

· All re-orders must be paid for in full prior to orders being dispatched

· Blessing Photography will not be held responsible for any venue’s restrictions that prevent images being taken.

· Due to technical processing, Blessing Photography cannot guarantee exact colour matching

· Blessing Photography cannot be responsible for print selection errors; re-prints or album prints. We will take no responsibility for albums that have incorrect images due to client error a charge will be made for re- album design

· Blessing Photography cannot be responsible for the damage to CD's provided, appropriate care is the client’s responsibility. Whilst we endeavour to keep the original images indefinitely Blessing Photography accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to image files caused by hardware failure.

· Blessing Photography accepts no responsibility for the reliability of the post. We cannot be held responsible for loss or damage of mail, prints, albums frames and disks etc that are sent through the post. A courier service can be arranged; the client shall reimburse charges incurred by Blessing Photography.
